Not a sales chat. A structured, professional evaluation.
Every dog is different. Every home is different. Every owner is different. That’s why every training journey with DOPE starts with an Assessment.
It’s a structured, professional evaluation of:
- Your dog’s behaviour, temperament and triggers
- Your handling style and current routines
- What’s working, what isn’t and why
- Which goals are realistic and achievable
- The safest, most effective path forward
The Assessment gives you clarity and direction. No guessing, no hoping, no jumping into the wrong programme. By the end, you’ll know exactly what your dog needs and how we’ll achieve it.
What happens
Before
You tell Chris what’s happening and what you’d like everyday life to look like instead. He takes the time to understand your dog’s history, personality and your goals as an owner.
During
Through observation and interaction, Chris assesses your dog’s behaviour, temperament and the current dynamic between you and your dog. He looks at how you walk, play, set boundaries, speak and react, because everything teaches your dog something.
After
You leave with a clear training plan: the right programme, the right level to start at, and an honest picture of what’s realistic. Most owners move on to the DOPE System at Discover, Optimize or Perfect; some need a behaviour programme or a short MasterClass instead.
